We have not talked about MOL for a long time(see here and here) but the work is still in progress and as soon as you go outside the city you can see it.

Nous n'avons pas parlé des travaux de MOL depuis longtemps (voir ici et ici) mais ils sont toujours en cours et dès que l'on sort de la ville on peut le constater.
